Terms of Service
Last updated 17 September 2026.
Bikfix is operated by Suseendar Muralitharan ("we", "us"), an individual based in the UK. By creating an account or using Bikfix, you agree to these terms.
1. Pilot-stage service
Bikfix is currently offered as an early pilot. It is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including any warranty of accuracy, reliability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. What Bikfix does, and what you control
Bikfix investigates infrastructure incidents on domains you add, and can propose changes to their DNS records. No change is ever applied automatically — every proposed fix requires your explicit approval before Bikfix calls your connected provider's API to apply it.
You are responsible for reviewing what you approve. You remain solely responsible for your (and your clients') infrastructure, including the consequences of approving a proposed change. Bikfix independently re-verifies a change after applying it, but this is a best-effort check, not a guarantee that your service is fully recovered or that no other issue exists.
3. Your account and credentials
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for any DNS provider API tokens you connect. Only give Bikfix a token scoped to the minimum access it needs (e.g. Cloudflare's Zone.DNS Edit permission) — we encrypt what you give us, but you control what you give us.
4. Acceptable use
Use Bikfix only for domains and infrastructure you own or are authorized to manage on behalf of a client. Don't use it to access, probe, or modify infrastructure you don't have permission to touch.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Bikfix, including downtime, data loss, or costs arising from a DNS change you approved. As an individual operating an early pilot product, our ability to compensate for losses is inherently limited — please factor that into any decision to connect production infrastructure.
6. Changes and termination
Because this is a pilot, features, pricing, and availability may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where practical. You can stop using Bikfix and ask us to delete your account at any time.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
